Passive Income Vs Active Income

When it comes to passive income vs active income, which one is better? You’d probably say ‘passive income’, who doesn’t want to work hard once and reap the profits indefinitely. That being said, active income has it’s advantages:

If done correctly, you can turn active income into passive income.

Watch these video income case studies and learn how you can do the same.

Learn To Create Niche Profits Here…

In the video you can see how just one of my digital products earns me income passively. I just had to create the product once and place it on my site.

Anybody can do this, I DON’T have:

  • a business degree
  • special technical abilities
  • a genius level of intelligence
  • wealthy parents
  • design skills or talent

All I have is solid web-hosting and the same 24 hours you do!

How to earn passive income online?

Creating passive income has never been easier, your job is simple, you need to find a hungry niche audience and give them what they want, that’s it.

Side note: I prefer digital products because I can make them myself and they’re delivered to my customers automatically after purchase. I created a how to case study that you can get for free right here…

It’s pros: Once you create your product and have steady niche traffic coming to it, then you just sit back and profit indefinitely.

It’s cons: On occasion, people will steal your digital products and try to sell them off as their own. They usually don’t last long and you can easily file a complaint against them.

Active income case study

In the video case study above, I really didn’t put much energy into it. Each Fiverr gig took me very little time to create and the profits were tremendous. You could easily do the same, and I encourage you to follow the simple steps outlined in the video.

How to earn active income online?

There are many freelance sites out there, I chose Fiverr because there is a large amount of people actively searching for gigs. If you want to do the same, it’s important that you give yourself every advantage.

First off, you should use the search bar and drill down to find gig ideas that you can do quickly and easily.

When you create your gig, you should model it after an already successful seller. Also, creating a video for your sales page will help you get ranked on Fiverr.

It’s pros: If done right, you can make a lot of money for very little work.

It’s cons: Again, you gotta trade time for money which is never fun unless you enjoy the task.

Where I Failed

If I was serious about profiting daily on Fiverr then I would’ve tested out different gigs to see which ones got the most clicks (using the advice in the video).

After that, I would have played around with the price points until I got sales on a regular basis.

Finally, I would have hired a virtual assistant (VA) to do the work for me, effectively turning active income into passive income.

Passive Income Vs Active Income Verdict

It’s time to put the ‘passive income vs active income’ debate to rest, it’s clear that you want to turn all forms of income into residual or passive income.

The only reason you’d want active income is if you truly enjoy the activity that earns you money. Other than that, you’re better off finding ways to replace yourself or creating a digital product that can earn you cash on repeat.
